Advanced Placement

Heidelberg University offers a study program for high school students as an additional educational opportunity for particularly gifted or interested pupils who want to gain their first experience at a university in addition to attending school.

The pupils take part in regular events for students, i.e. lectures, seminars and exercises, for example, and can obtain certificates of achievement and examinations. Credits earned in the student program can be recognized in a later regular course of study if they are equivalent in subject matter.
